GP Optical grew rapidly in the continuous innovation reform with high quality standard requirements in the past few years. In order to satisfy customers’ demands and meet the needs of the development of the company, in 2010, GP Optical invested a new acetate production line that specialized in acetate frames, and a new titanium production line in 2014 that specialized in titanium frames. So far, GP Optical had became a more professional company that with metal frame, acetate frame and titanium frames, and integrates design, development, production and sales.

Pre-Sale Service：
1.Design service for free according to photos, sketch, drawings, idea description or other images.
2.Production drawing for checking and confirmation.
3.We can make samples for free as the confirmed drawing by both sides.
On Sale Service：
1.Update the production schedule regularly to let customers know the order situation at any time
2.Sometimes it happens unexpected abnormal situation during production, if the problem affected the appearance,
quality or delivery time of product, in order to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute in finished products or afer shipment, we will check with customer right then,
and continue production after get an agreement by both sides.
3.To send full set photos for finished products to customers before shipment.
After Sale Service：
1.Follow up logistics in time to ensure customers to receive goods in time and smoothly.
2.To provide extra long warranty and worry free return and replacement service.
Within 6 months for acetate frame/sunglasses aftershipment, within 12 months for metal/titanium frames or sunglasses after shipment,
if the products has quality problem, an if it can be proved that it is the quality problem of the product itself, not the human damage or
the bad storage environment, the goods can be returned or exchanged after both parties reach an agreement.
3.2% extra free accessaries are available, such as nose pad, screws, end tips...
